I removed APF & installed CSF. Then configured with below configurations.

CSF firewall (CentOS 6.* server)



# perl /usr/local/csf/bin/csftest.pl

# /etc/init.d/iptables status



firewall configuration



Allow additionally - IPv4

Incoming TCP ports 

TCP_IN = "5900:7000 "



Outgoing TCP ports

TCP_OUT = "25,80,443"




Allow additionaly - IPv6

Incomming TCP ports

TCP6_IN = "5900:7000"



Outgoing TCP ports

TCP6_OUT = "25,80,443"





# nano /etc/csf/csf.conf    or    # vi /etc/csf/csf.conf  (for CSF)

# nano /etc/sysconfig/iptables    or    # vi /etc/sysconfig/iptables

Can you check if you are able to ping api.virtualizor.com ?
OS template are downloaded from "api.virtualizor.com".

But issue isn't solved.

Reply to the Ticket as,

Please check the server, its not able to ping www.google.com
That's why its not able to download the template and in turn rebuild is failing.


I'll try to fix it, but I failed.

Please be calm to comment with clear information for a solution.
