Windows vps is assigned ips using DHCP service.
You can check the system logs in future if you face any issue like this.
Also you can try to restart dhcp service and check.

I have a Hetzner Dedicated Server and I'm using KVM.
I ordered some days ago a IP Subnet and have now some trouble to setup the Subnet as a IP Pool.

I used the Hetzner NAT Tutorial from the Wiki.

The problem is that my KVM VM get no internet connection.
On the VM runs Windows and i configured it like this:

IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.XX2
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: XXX.XXX.XXX.XX1

Did I something wrong?
XXX.XXX.XXX.XX1 is the first IP of the Subnet and XXX.XXX.XXX.XX2 is the second IP of the Subnet.
