If you cannot connect still, contact your data center/server provider and ask them to assist you in a connection (SSH or server control panel), and quick analysis.

One (or more) of your log files will probably tell you what the problem is -
/var/log/*

one of them were hang due to 100% cpu utilization,

i had to force reboot the server in ssh

now the server is offline all the time it does not come back...

how can i manually make the server alive?
