For some reason I'm getting ANSI escape characters when I use the cursor keys in artisan tinker, in the PHPStorm terminal:

^[[A ^[[B ^[[C ^[[D


Apparently this is because readline is not installed in PHP

Is this functionality built into Ampps, or do I need to start mucking about and rebuilding PHP as suggested in this post?
