Is safe activate in Webuzo function for keep update the Operative System? (3 Replies, Read 322434 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Super Member Posts: 1394 Status: Open source, web and security passionate	Security of a server is on keep good configuration and software updated. Seems the Plesk panel manage also by default the operative system update because security is the priority. On Webuzo activate auto update of the operative system is an optional option that I want use to keep server updated but is this function secure? In the story as a Webuzo client i learned that update the operative system (Centos) with yum update can create issue because Webuzo maybe is not maybe yet tested with the last stable release of the Operative System. So... i am asking what happen if I activate this option that you give in the control panel? I will have the risk the update do an operative system update with Webuzo are not ready for? ----------------------- PeopleInside Web, security, open source passionate.
