 Softaculous dont install db properly in CWP, it cant create a ok database (1 Replies, Read 1004 times)

i have a vps with CWP and im facing issues with installing any script, like wordpress or vtiger
when i install everything its ok but when i get to installed software it shows an error

i got to phpmyadmin to see db and i note that softaculous created a database but it didnt create tables, whats the problem?
