Topic : cannot add ftp user

Dear friends, I cannot login the ftp user that I create from webuzo panel.
the strange part is when I create the ftp, username is using _ not @
for instance usernameftp_santrinet.id
connection always refused: http://prntscr.com/e3g7xz

Hi santrinet,

I have seen your video, it seems that you are doing a sftp connection instead of a FTP connection (you see this from the HOST text box).

I suggest that you use the FTP protocol.

hi nikhil thank you for your reply. I still cannot connect ftp same problem with sftp or ftp.
