 Seasoned Forum User but New on Softaculous, why no forum-wide search offered? (0 Replies, Read 25 times)

An old-fogey here, been using computers since the days of dial-up BBS, unlike most of the other users here (and probably the founders of this good co. too, I guess  :xd:

Which may explain the inefficient design of this "support" forum.

May I suggest that the forum runners enable searching across the forum? This will enable the casual one-off support seeker to just search for and hopefully find a support case similar to their's already dealt with, removing the need to register just to ask that one question.

Because the signing up process is such a barrier -- for obvious reasons, I understand -- but it works against seeking support for your software.

In fact there are a lot of little things that could be done to improve the efficiency of this forum and sharpen it's focus on providing persistent support.

I am available to engage constructively if any mod reads this.
