Topic : VPS cannot connect through RDP but can through VNC

Hi,
I've contacted support several times, no help.
I cannot access my VPS through RDP, (yes it's enabled on advanced options).
VNC works perfectly fine.
The same issue goes for a Centos Server, VNC works fine, but putty not?

The OS template is installed and extracted correctly, but I'm unable to figure out why this is occuring.

Please help.

Hi,
I removed the username and password by editing the template.

Also I selected routed option by editing the ip pool on panel.

RDP and password are now working fine for Windows.And network for Linux is also working.
