On the contrary, we have noticed significant engagement with this software and have been getting little to no support inquiries regarding Sitepad.

Would be nice, though, if there were an owned version so that we could add further customization and not rely upon the Softaculous repository of files. Additionally, the current method of connecting to Softaculous servers each time a client is using the Editor interface could potentially become a resource bottleneck on busier servers if client interactions continue to trend upward.
