Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Hi - I use simple servers and they recommend softalious as back-up and cloning software. I have set it up to create back up each night. It is only now that I try to create manual backups that I realise it most likely is not working. It is a magento 1 site that is being backed up. It takes over 1 hour, gets stuck at 95%, never sends an email. The backups are different sizes, some bigger than others but you would expect them to be the same size. The cloning does exactly the same - the clone site doesn't work just gives an error. Filezilla shows some of the folders have been cloned, but not others. Is there something wrong with simple servers or is it this software?
