Topic : I can't insert new sections inside the pages

Hi, I just purchased Pagelayer Pro. I'm trying to add a new contact form section on my home page but it doesn't work.
I select the form choosing if in ADD SECTION page, it seems to load but then nothing new ever appears on the page.
Can someone explain me why?

if the problem cannot be solved it is completely useless for me to have purchased the pro version...
