Topic : Cannot login in backend

Please help me i cannot login in backend of webuzo my login are

http://192.80.133.172:2004/
http://192.80.133.172:2002/

it says page not found before it was working,

I just down grade from paid service to free

even i restart my server no work

i can login in to ftp abd can access website but cannot login in 2002 and 2004 port

Execute the following commands

killall -9 nginx
killall -9 php-fpm

service webuzo restart

Login to the panel and restart the other services for once.

Dear Friend ,

I am new with this i tried those suggestion but says no proccess kill can you please give me in detail what to do .

And also before i used premium lisence now it is expire and i want to use free lisence so how can i downgrade it as my panel is showing license inactive
