Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Hi, I have already opened a ticket, but as a newbie, I thought maybe I should post here. My AMPPS stack was install late last month and has been seeminly running fine (windows 7 64 bit). Today it was very slow and often would reset the connection. I did some research and my host file did have the localhost 127.0.0.1 uncommented. I did add the 127.0.0.1 127.0.0.1 and also I unchecked Ipv6. I also reset all configs in apache, php, mysql. All this seemed to help, but it's still al little slow. I did not turn on the local firewall, as it seems like a bad idea (should I?) I see in the apache error log, since doing this the restarting is not happening, but other errors appear to be. It's working better, but still some delay in the connect time. I will attach the apache log file here. Thanks for anyone who can assist me! Designers should not have to wear server admin hats! Cheers! K
