How can I backup a vps kvm .raw Located in a file storage?
Is there any command to generate the backups?

Hi,

You can simply copy the disk .raw file and gzip if required to backup your VPS disk.
To be on a safer side please shutdown the VPS before you copy the disk.

Are these copies made with the vps on or off? Is it recommended to compress tar.gz? Last time generate the backup by compressing tar.gz and corrupted the vps file system by restoring decompressing and then copying it to storage

Hi,
