Topic : Could not Resolve Domain Name

I am trying to install a script using your website.  My admin my own Ubuntu 12.04 server.

Your autoinstaller tells me "Could not Resolve Domain Name", but I have checked this and that is not the problem.

Please advise.

Thank you

I don't know the answer to your question.  I'm simply using your website to do the installation.  I have NOT installed your autoinstaller.

Hi,

Sir you are facing this issue because your domain is not pointing to the correct server and the FTP details you provided are also not correct.

As we already discussed by email, we've proven that there's nothing wrong with my domain and in fact you're able to resolve my domain name - so the error being reported is incorrect.

As you showed me, you are getting timeouts at every hop between my machine and yours, with the exception of my machine.  This tends to point to a firewall issue on your side.  Although it's possible each hop along the way is blocking ICMP, it's pretty unlikely.

Still waiting for your response in regard to what error you're getting for FTP so we can determine where exactly the true problem lies, I'm relatively sure I've granted you firewall access on my side, but I don't have a way to test it outside my network so I'm waiting on you for additional info. as already stated in email.

I am unable to add domain and getting the error message saying "Could not resolve domain name." Please note that the domain is live.

Please help with a solution.
