In another thread it was said to contact Pinguzo at an email in which I sent a few emails over the last couple of month and haven't had a response to any of them.

This is a really good offering, but no way to offer feedback or report issues, not even its own forum.

Some issues you need to address

1. No way to remove servers once they are added

2. Over the last month the servers show as they are down more than they are up which is incorrect.
Once Pinguzo has a server listed as down it won't allow you to enter the stats part of that server.
3. If you need to reinstall it there is no way to do so, the install code is randomly generated and no way to regenerate it

Regarding your issues posted :
1) Will be coming next week.

2) We have just rolled out the new code partly to improve performance. This should not be happening anymore. You will see a faster performance now.

3) Noted it down and will come next week.

As promised the remove server option is now there.

Also reinstall agent option will be there in a day or 2.

Great to see it is being developed.

When you go to remove a server it errors, I'll try again later but wanted you to be aware of it for future development.

Apparently if you add a server to the list and for some reason it never established a connection it can't be removed and returns the message from my last post.

If it has established a connection at one time or another then it can be removed.

Sometimes Pinguzo can't be installed and fails, when that happens it won't be able to be removed from the list because the install failed and it never established its connection.
