Topic : How do I use the button group to open uploaded pdfs?

This is for posting newsletters so users can open them in a new window w/o downloading. Am I not able to upload a file and create a link to it (like with the Download button)?

I think I've found the solution - using the Tabs widget will work; able to link to media files and list as many as wanted there.
