CitrusDB is a really powerful customer service and billing software used by many small businesses. We have been asked numerous time for assistance installing this software on a shared hosting environement. It is a very popular 100% free open source sortware that is very light on resources usage. The installation instructions on the website call for a dedicated or vps server (Just as typo3) But a shared hosting environement is just suitable.

Adding this script would increase softaculous popularity A LOT !! If you second that idea, please let people know
