 Upgrade PHP to 5.4 on Centos w/Webuzo VPS, Webuzo and PHP 5.4 (5 Replies, Read 24822 times)

Hello there!

I'm a new owner of a CentOs 6.4 VPS with Webuzo control panel.

From SSH/command line I see there's PHP 5.3 on board, but I'd need 5.4 version.

How can I upgrade it?

Sir you can use the following guide to install PHP 5.4

You can switch among PHP versions using the following guide:

I've followed your suggestions and now I can see PHP 5.4 running from phpinfo().

Sorry if this sounds stupid but does this mean I can upgrade PHP as an app? From Webuzo? I was planning on manually installing it but this would be much better.

Hi,

Yes, Sir you can easily install the php version of your choice from the System Apps categorie and switch among PHP from the system utilities.
