Hi,

I need to upgrade Centos6 to PHP5.3 or above. Have you seen any issues with this causing problems for Webuzo? I have the latest version installed.

Sir you can use the following guide to install PHP 5.4

You can switch among PHP versions using the following guide:

I don't have an Apps section. I just have APPS PHP. Why is that?

Sorry. I meant "  Scripts :  PHP  JavaScripts  PERL  JAVA  Classes" Why is that missing?

Very strange. The server says Webuzo Version : 2.0.6

and Latest Version is : 2.1.3, Yet when I go to upgrade it tells me 2.0.6 is the latest version

Sir upgrade from Webuzo 2.0.6 to 2.1.0 and higher is not available at the moment.

And the Apps feature is available in 2.1.0 and higher.

You can open a Support Ticket with the root details of your server and access to your Webuzo Enduser Panel, we will upgrade PHP on your server.

I'm afraid that could take weeks in order to get approval access. I do have an IT person here today that may be able to do it. What is the highest PHP version that you recommend PHP5.4 or 5.3? I am still on Centos6. I am inside of the Denver University firewall. I am interested in using Webuzo on the Cloud with Amazon and see that you provide that. It's possible that we may migrate to the cloud depending on the cost. Something to look into due to this access issue.

One final question: I believe that the IT person who setup Webuzo on Centos installedIn other words, does Webuzo use it's own, seperate PHP from Centos?
Forgive me if this is a dumb question as so much is assumed and I am very new at this.

Wish I could edit a post. Anyway, I believe the IT guy installed PHP on Centos and I wanted to know if Webuzo uses it's own version of PHP. Sort of a server on a server much like ampps in a windows or mac environment.

When upgrading the php to 5.3 on Centos6 everything appeared fine, the sites loaded. The backend for Webuzo backend did not. I get just a white, blank page with no error. An error message about "ION Cube using an older version..." or some such thing. As soon as I can I can send you the actual error.

I am requesting opening up SSH and should have it open within 24 hours. So can either open a ticket or send you the info.
