Hello there,

How can i downgrade webuzo premium/trial to free version?

I can't access to change webuzo licence in my server. Please check the screenshot attached with the topic.

Hello.
I have a problem related to the downgrade Premium / Trial for Free.
I removed the license Premium / Trial of my client area, but in webuzo administration Paynel the message continues:

Your license (webuzo-XXXXX) is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to keep using this software.

Manage your License Key from the Webuzo Admin Panel >> Settings >> Manage License

refresh License

I've tried all the options, but the situation remains.

Please guide how can I do to stay with the free version?

I have converted your license to Free, you can proceed to refresh the license on your server.

If you have converted your License to free then just run the CRON once and you should be able to access the panel .

Here is the CRON command that you need to run :
php /usr/local/webuzo/cron.php

Tenho um problema relacionado ao downgrade Premium / Trial for Free.
Eu removi a licença Premium / Trial da minha área de cliente, mas na administração da web, a mensagem continua:

sua licença (webuzo-XXXXX) não está ativa ou expirou. Se a sua licença expirou, renova-a para continuar usando este software.

Gerencie sua chave de licença do Webuzo Admin Panel >> Configurações >> Gerencie a

atualização da licença Licença

Eu tentei todas as opções, mas a situação permanece.

Por favor, guie como posso fazer para ficar com a versão gratuita?

Hi,

From now Webuzo has stopped offering free licenses, you can only use 15 days premium trial then after you will have to purchase premium license.

So basically, if I had a VPS using the free licence, the only option I have to access the dashboard is to pay ? I can't even make backup without paying.....

Really bad business move, because we didn't even received an email to alert this change
