Dear Everyone,

I have on ticket around 3 day ago but still no one reply . Actually unable to install softacolous and its also not showing any error.


[root@host ~]# ./install.sh
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, universal-hooks

Hi,

The issue is related to this one :
https://letsencrypt.org/docs/dst-root-ca-x3-expiration-september-2021/

CentOS has released the updated package for ca-certificates and the same is updated on your servers ca-certificates-2021.2.50-72.el7_9.noarch but still when accessing a SSL URL we still see the certificate expired issue.

It could be some outdated dependency causing the issue.

Dear Sir,

Issue resolve at own self search by google. I think today google is best helper even a engineer ..by the thanks for reply and support. For your knowledge if any one come with same issue resolution here you can use for you also.

Hi,

Executing the following command on your server resolved the issue :
update-ca-trust

We got the above command from Workaround 1 mentioned on the below link :
https://www.openssl.org/blog/blog/2021/09/13/LetsEncryptRootCertExpire/

Softaculous is installed and now works fine.

Do let us know if you still face the issue.
