The following errors occured :
A Premium License already exists for this IP, hence we cannot issue Trial License

I get this error when trying to get a trial license, it appears the person who owned the IP before me purchased a premium license.

I can't even buy a new one I've tried.

Although I do with to try before I buy. Also isn't the previous owners license suppose to transfer to me?
