Topic : Moodle Cron running once a day

Posted By: benbowler on October 12, 2010, 5:32 pm
Hello Softaculous,

I've noticed Moodle is only running it's cron once a day at 8:17 for all clients which isn't really sufficient as it's suppose to be run hourly at the least.

I've changed it manually on my installs but can I edit the package to setup a more regular cron to start with?

Ben

Hi,

The user installing Moodle can configure it.

True, but it's not ideal. I suppose I can create my own Moodle package.
