Topic : wrong license details

Hi,
My license and the one i paid for 1 year is:
AAAAA

but in my cpanel (softaculous install installer) it says:
BBBBB

how can i change the license? I have added my IP in the softaculous license page and also have refresh the license details from cpanel but none work. I think the license id is totally different.

Hi,

We have already replied on the Support ticket that you have opened.

This issue was because the IP of your server with License AAAAA was set as secondary IP instead of primary.

We have made the changes for you.
Please access Softaculous admin panel and click on refresh license.

This should resolve the issue.
