Topic : Error wen we try to create new page

when we try to create new site  loop again to wizard for create, and suddenly showns one error like this:

(
    [incompatible_archive] => Array
        (
            [0] => Incompatible Archive.
        )

)
Could not extract the theme.



Please help!!

What is the result after the following steps?:
  1. Logoff
  2. Clear the browser Cache
  3. Login  again
Clearing the browser Cache is done differently for each browser:
Google Chrome – Hold SHIFT and then press F5

Mozilla Firefox – Hold CTRL and then press F5

Internet Explorer – Hold CTRL and then press F5

Opera – Hold CTRL (or shift) and then press F5

Safari – Command+Option+E (will empty cache) then Command+R will reload page.
