Topic : IonCube Error

I have my own VPS and IonCube is installed and loaded.
I have the latest version of WHM/Cpanel installed 11.32.2.

When a client clicks the Softaculous icon in Cpanel they get this error..

Site error: the file [b]/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser/inc.php[/b] requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

What can I do to fix this error?

downgrading whm solved my problem

Hi,

You can enable Ioncube from your WHM -> Tweak Settings -> PHP select Ioncube and click on save.

Brijesh,
Yah, all that was done.
It was something with the 11.32.2 version on WHM.
I downgraded to 11.32.1 and the problem went away.

Just thought I would post this in case anyone else had this issue.

I have notified Cpanel of this issue.

I don't think the issue is caused by WHM. As Brijesh advised, that could be solved by Opting for IonCube under Tweak-settings
