Hey Supporters,
i had a Problem with my licence. Tryd to put in a free licence at Seetings->manage licence. Then allways this came 

Your license (webuzo-16182-97973-72802-91622) is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software.
Manage your License Key from the Webuzo Admin Panel >> Settings >> Manage License -Refresh License. But nothing worked at Refresh licence.

So i looged on server with SSH and:
Root > /usr/local/emps/bin/php /usr/local/webuzo/cron.php
Root > service webuzo restart

But now icant log in at Webuzu. Password not working. If i push Forget Password and put up my email it says: Die folgenden Fehler sind aufgetreten   
Die eingegebene E-Mail Adresse ist ungültig. The Email is not corect.

So what to do know? Would love to get some fast help..cuz i have not much Time right now to read everything. Thank you

It seems your license (the licensed IP) has already been used for a trial.You need to open a support ticket for that to fix.

But still the FTP account and File manager Account works.. I just cant login in to webuzu. You think it has todo with licence?

If your ftp account is working then your useraccount is too.You may need to login as root under

https://(putyourdomain.here):2003
from there you can reset your emailaddress for the useraccount.

Ni i cant login.
Allways the same error message. Look@picture.

you need to login with username root. Thatßs the same user/passwort you use to login by ssh/terminal to your server

Yea i did with root. It just jumps back cuz login is saved. But it doenst work with root.
The server is working with putty SSH no problems.

Yes i can login with putty over SSH. There is no problem. Only Webuzo makes problems. I dont really know whats going on here...

There should not be a reason why you can´t login into webuzo as root while you can by ssh. This is often caused by mistyped passwords. Please make sure, you are using the very exact same password (you may need to copy & paste it in full, some special chars may prevent copying the password in full by double-click)
If that does not work, just log into ssh and change the root password to something easy (just for testing)

no sorry it is not working.
I can copy the password or just type it. It doenst work.
I changed the root password and tryd with new and old password. It just doenst let me log in. So i need to wait for the Support ticket? Or should i just reinstall webuzu? Can i keep the config somewhere? like the ftps, emails and user account settings? Will everything be deleated? like the ftp accounts and files?!

ok, please wait for the reply in your support ticket. I believe that this is license related (though I never had that). But support should be able to fix that quick.
