Topic : Move htaccess to better place, like to VirtualHost?

in whm/cpanel, i am usually moving htaccess content to Apache Configuration > Include Editor > Pre VirtualHost Include

is there a way to do this with webuzo & where?

and example content for it, in whm its like this
<Directory /home/username/public_html>
RewriteEngine On

// htaccess content

</Directory>
