Hi,
I've installed webuzo on a fresh installed Ubuntu Server. Each time I try to install a certificate, it does not work. I follow the guide http://webuzo.com/wiki/Install_SSL_Certificate and the file.cert and file.csr are created in the /home/soft/ssl/cert folder and file.key is created in the home/soft/ssl/private. Nevertheless, when I load a https page, the browser tells me that the connexion has failed (FF) or page can not be displayed (IE). The issue seems to come from the fact that no app listen on port 443 (cf. attachement). I tried to force apache2 to listen on port 443 but after that, it doesn't restart. There is no problem for http (port 80) connexions. If someone has any idea, I take it. I've already reinstall Ubuntu three times for nothing. |

Seems the certificate is not installed correctly causing the issue.
Could you please open a support ticket with the root details of your server and access to your Webuzo Enduser Panel, we will debug and resolve the issue on your server. http://webuzo.com/support ----------------------- Webuzo : Single User Control Panel Join Webuzo : |
