I'm one of virtualizor license user and suddenly one of the VPS was not working and I already submitted the ticket but until now there is no respond about what is going on with my ticket

I'm using virtualizor because I had using softaculous on my shared hosting machine for very long time and I really surprised how slow the support resolving my problem with the VPS

Should I go with different provider because of lack of support from you ?

Sorry I don't know where I must put this since your staff already no respond on my ticket with ticket ID #68***

I'm really disappointed right now with virtualizor support
