 Keep getting unknown password in Webuzo, What's going on with Webuzo admin panel? (10 Replies, Read 10708 times)

Greetings,

I keep getting unknown password when i try to sign into Webuzo control panel.
and the strange thing is i will keep resetting my password and when i get the option to put a new password i will change my password and to make sure i will save the new password in my notepad just to be on the safe side.

After i will login into Webuzo control panel with my new password, Then i will get logged out of the control panel a few hours after,  and when i try to log back in i will get the message >>>>The following errors were found : The username or password you entered is incorrect <<<<<

and this had been going on and on on tell i get fed up and completely reinstall Webuzo and the problem starts all over.

What is really going on with Webuzo login and my password?

I installed CentOS 7.0 64bits on my server,  and my Computer is running windows 8.1 with a 32 bits operating system

Yes i am sure, and i just get logged out once more, so i then try to login as root and root password and it worked find.

Now here is my question, why does it have the option to create a username and password to setup Webuzo?  I have created a username and password whiles setting up the control panel, and this same password and username will only work for a hours, before i get kicked out of the panel.

No admin and my password is not working, the only thing working is my root username and password.  But now file manager is not working and i can't login with root username and password.

Open source, web and security passionate 		For access file manager you can set the password in Webuzo, under password (search in the icon in the Home Page of Webuzo)

If also this not work I suggest you to wait tomorrow afternoon IF someone of the Webuzo Team not reply to you at this topic I suggest to you to open a ticket at: https://www.softaculous.com/support/

yes i change the password in Webuzo and it's working find now, but some how i can't get ssh login to work.

No other username and password is working out for me only my root username and password is working and it' working for Webuzo and ssh login.
