Unable to change php settings, I tried to change, max-upload-size few more things but its doing nothing, saving but no change, i tried both basic and INI editors but none of them working (1 Replies, Read 214299 times)

After changing values make sure to restart PHP and apache services. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
