Topic : Zurmo 1,5 doesnt' work

Hi all.

I finally Zurmo app via Softacolous to my server (hosting). The setup process has finished and could login system. But now background pic don't loaded and I can't login. When I push "sign in" button nothing happens.

Hi,

I checked your test installation crm.heptasarim.com and it seems that there is a .htaccess file in your root domain which is blocking access to certain files in your subdomain causing this issue.

Please open a support ticket with us with the FTP details of your domain heptasarim.com we will check it and let you know.

Hi,

I just made a test install on your server and it works fine. Can you please try to remove your installation and make a new installation.

Please let us know if it still does not work.

Thank you very much. But no, it doesn't work :( It worked the first time I have installed but later it crashed as your installation.
It is installed litespeed not Apache in my server. I think the problem is that. Anyway I'll wait until a stable version for me.

Hi,

Sir I just checked the installation that I made on your server and it works fine. Can you please check the link I provided you in the support ticket.

Also if you are unable to access the installation please clear your browser's cache.
