Hi !

I'm making a website with SitePad, and have trouble to make link between contact form and mail working...Fail message appear and "undefined".
I configure it with PHP (with domain name email) as explained just here : sitepad.com/docs/how-tos/configure-contact-form-setting/

My reCAPTACHA doesn't work either, "ERREUR pour le propriétaire du site :
Domaine non valide pour la clé de site"
I did like that : sitepad.com/docs/enduser/add-recaptcha/

My website is not yet published because I'm working on it, perhaps that's the reason ?

thanks a lot if somebody can help, I am completely blocked! :P

Hi,

It might be possible that your Host has disabled PHP mail so you will need to use SMTP mail function so that your contact form can send email.

Regarding, reCaptcha if you are using old editor then site will need to be published for the captcha to work as the API was created for your domain and not SitePad Editor domain.

Hi,

thanks for your answer,

so i tried with SMTP but it doesn't work as well...

I will ask PlanetHoster if there is some security with their mails, and I will try with another mail also to see if it 's the problem...I let you know after that if it still doesn't work...

i also want to try with the site online but after clicking on"publish", can I come back to the off-line mode after ?

it simply works after publishing the website online  :P

Hi,

All the Old Editor does not have facility to send email from the editor you will need to publish the site for the your settings to work.

While in New Editor the site settings depend on your Host.

Do let us know if you need  any other information.
