Close to 3 hours ago, I submitted ticket #824263.

There has been no reply.


Can someone please look at this ticket.

Hello webuzo support,

I raised a ticket #824263 on Saturday.
My site has been down ever since. Today is Monday, I hope you will assist.

I have described the issue, inside Webuzo panel I received App update notification for Php and MySql 8.0.

Php update happen all fine and website worked fine after php service restart.

However, problem appeared after clicking on MySql 8.0 update inside Webuzo panel.

Now, under services there is no MySQL 8.0 services.

I have done troubleshooting what ever I could;

It all described in detain in the ticket #824263.


I have Webuzo premium license, I humbly urge and request to please assist at your earliest convenience.

Hello Webuzo support,

I have waited for 3-days and  you have not replied.

If at all you have any conscience, please tell me like a human being if you will reply or will not reply.

And if you tell me like a human being that you will not reply, I will understand and look at my options to get my site going.

I also have sent you message via your FaceBook page as well.

I'm sure you would not want to be treated this way. I paid for premium Webuzo license.

Yeah same here linus, i think this is the worst support i ever had. i am also a premium user. no answer in my ticket too. They just eat our money and leave

Hi audi_iswr, I learn't the hard way! I need to share something with you and all other who are in same situation.
I would urge you "all" to closely consider https://www.hestiacp.com/. It is built on VestaCP with enhancement. VestaCP has almost become defunct. But HestiaCP team have done great work with VestaCP-code with security enhancement. The HestiaCP forum is very active. Ask any problem you have; the forum members will jump in and help resolve it. And all for free.  They have a very active GitHub team.  HestiaCP does everything for free and does everything that WebUZO premium does. The price is: $0.00. I was shocked to see HestiaCP has one click WordPress Install, and it's the fasted WordPress install I've ever seen. No need of Softaculous. And the developers are adding features constantly. I’m happy with HestiaCP. You and everyone else should seriously consider it or at least take it for test drive.
