Hello, I have a premium license, but in my Softaculous of the message:

The LICENSE file Could Not Be found! Please report this to Softaculous.

server ip 93.114.82.83

Please help me

Hi,

I just checked your account and I see the Virtualizor license for IP 93.114.82.83 is being used actively.

Are you still facing the issue ?

The problem is still persisting

Hi,

Sir I just checked on your support ticket and checked on your server.
Issue was coming nameservers entries, due to which your server was not able to connect to our servers.

I have commnted that entry and now you should not face this issue.
I have replied to your ticket for further instruction regarding your license and installation.

License must be reset.
