Topic : Owncloud not installing

Posted By: urbee on January 25, 2016, 8:42 am
Our customer is trying to install Owncloud on an empty domain directory in a subfolder in public_html, using DirectAdmin, PHP 5.5.31 and Apache 2.4.18.

This is what we get:

Could not access your domain. Please make sure your domain is pointing to this server and there is no .htaccess file restricing access to your domain

Domain is normally accessible through web and shell. Owncloud version 8.2.2.

We've exhausted our softaculous knowledge so i ask for help.

Hi,

It looks like for some reason Softaculous is unable to make curl call to the domain.

Can you please open a support ticket with us and we can check the issue for you :
