Hi All :) Please help my issue

I just buy dedicated with additional IP.

Ex.
IP Range : xx.xx.xx.56/29

Usable IP : xx.xx.xx.58 - 62

Our Main IP is: xx.xx.xx.58 ( I install webuzo and primary domain in this IP)

And Then I want to add secondary IP (xx.xx.xx.59) to my second domain.

What I DO:
1. Setting name host on godaddy ns1/ns2. domainname.com to this IP xx.xx.xx.59
2. Change nameserver the domain to ns1/ns2. domainname.com
3. Login to Webuzo xx.xx.xx.58:2002 and Add Domain with IP Address (optional) I put secondary IP xx.xx.xx.59

But after 24H, I check DNS propagation is still not connected.

Please advise..
