Well ive created my forum account, and cant purchase the product because i need to find the license id of my free version before i can add my ip and go through the checkout process.  Anyone any ideas?  Going forwards any plans to simplify the process of purchasing a license?

I dont think I have explained myself very well so I will start from scratch.  Ive got cpanel and the free version of softaculous installed and working.  I want to purchase the software here so i go to the client area and registered a username and password.  I then found a guide here

I do step 1 fine and get logged into the client area okay.

I then read step 2 which says:
2) Proceed to the Client Center :
After Signing into to the forums please go to the Client Area.
If you have an existing license (can be found in the Softaculous Admin Panel of your server) enter the License ID at the bottom in the Add License field. After adding your license key it will start showing in the Clients Area. A screenshot of the Clients Area is given below :

When i go to cpanel - plugins - to the softaculous section there is no License ID showing here.  Therefore I see how far i can get so i go to Client Area.

I click Purchase Softaculous, select the version i want and type in my static ip then click the purchase button and get the following error:

The following errors occured :
The IP address(s) - <my static ip> - are already assigned to a Free / Premium Softaculous License. If its your Free license IP then first Add the License in your My License Page.

I go to My License Page and get stuck as i dont have the license id that i need there.  The license key showing in my free version is a bunch of 000's which the system also wont accept.

So this is where i am stuck now.  ideally i need an admin to clear my paypal basket as whilst trying other static ips i look to have added the wrong service by mistake.  If i can get reset back to a new user - maybe delete and recreate my account if required then let me know where to get this license id then i can get it purchased.

Your license is not active or it has expired. If your license has expired, please renew it to continue using this Software.
