Not able to upgrade Prestashop using Softaculous on A2hosting.
Does anyone have the same problem and know how to upgrade.
There is an issue that Prestashop 1-click upgrade does not work, as it comes back with an error "Error Unable to check md5 files"
The only way to get to the new release is by doing a new installation.
If no suggestions, I think I should it as a bug. As I specuially bought hosting to make my life easier using Softaculous.

Hi,

PrestaShop supports upgrade only using their 1-click upgrade utility. It does not support any other manual upgrade utility hence it is not possible to add auto upgrade in Softaculous.

However we will discuss with our scripts team and check if we can add an alternate upgrade utility in Softaculous.
