ALWAYS THE SAME,  i have allways this problem 
always error in 550 relay squirrelmail 


Every time I change IP or change to a new hosting I have to be contacting support to fix this problem, it would be good to put it well and not have to bother and annoy them every time for the same problem, does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi rufoqe,

We are extremely sorry that you had to face this issue, you can follow the below steps to resolve this issue:

1. Check if you domain is present in the /etc/localdomains files

2. MX records exist for you domain and are pointing to the Webuzo server

3. Check if you have the following in your /etc/hosts file

{IP_ADDRESS}  {DOMAIN_NAME}

If the above doesn't exist please add your Primary IP and Domain in the file
