<![CDATA[Some questions about Master and Slave]]>
Does your team offer a service that if this happens the disaster recovery service can be paid for? In the event we don't want to tackle this ourselves? I understand your team is PRO software development which you've come a great way with this product.. hands down! but for the clients who are already established and want to have their hands held during a disaster event? If not, do you have any 3rd party providers that offer this service who know your product inside and out?

Thanks guys]]>

<![CDATA[Can I use the Import Software function to upgrade vTiger?]]>
No the import function cannot be used to upgrade your installation.

If you install a latest version in a new location and then import it to your live site all the data of your site will be overwritten. ]]>

Ah-hah I see. I have attempted to run it using the new editor but my licence code isn't being recognised which is highly frustrating - especially since I upgraded to the professional plan only yesterday!

It might be possible that you are using Old Editor account key on the new editor license key which will not work as both the editor are based on different model so license work differently. We have replied to your ticket once you reply we will provide you with the response on how to get the old editor license converted.
Do let us know.

If that does not work for you, just run this command (when logged in as root into your cpanel server):
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/sitepad/cron.php
