Steps to reproduce the issue
Install Joomla 4 on Sub-Domain from Softaculous
Expected result
To install scripts and execute
Actual result
500 ERROR
System information (as much as possible)

Our operations team checked the issue in detail and they have found
that the problem was caused by duplicate entries of variables in the
configuration file. It looks like the problem is due to a bug
and hope they will fix it in the future updates.
The Joomla installation is now working fine after commenting out the following duplicate entries.
============
JConfig::$caching on line 45 and 65.
JConfig::$cachetime on line 47 and 66.
JConfig::$gzip on line 30 and 67.
==========
Contacted Joomla via Github and said this is coming from Softaculous. Upon further investigating it is coming from Softaculous installation. We load Joomla Manual and it works but soon as we load Joomla 4 through Softaculous it fails.

Hi,

We checked on our server and it's working fine. May I know on which hosting service you are trying to install ? We can contact and check what is causing this issue.

It seems to be some type of caching issue although caching is turned off and I am not using the Litspeed cache or Mem-cache or Joomla cache on that Sub-domain
