Just a question I haven't found an answer for:

If I buy an Dedicated Server License could I use the same license for VPS server?

I checked at my hoster and got the following e-mail answer

Kindly NOTE: Softaculous installation is done server wide, and since, it is a shared server, we will not be able to remove the installation or deactivate it.

If you want , you can install in separately in your account and use it, but it will not be listed in your Cpanel.

If I buy an License for the full version, how I could install and use it?

From hoster I'll not get the license key and using my IP will force me for to key in that key!

Hi,

Yes you can use it on a VPS server. You need to go to Softaculous Admin Panel -> Settings select the 'Is VPS' checkbox and click on Edit Settings.

Hi,

You are facing this error because the license has expired please ask your host to renew it or they may inform us to change it to a free license.

Thanks for answers.

I already run a ticket at the hoster but answered! As you could read in that e-mail I was get from MyResellerHome, they told that I could install but not use via cPanel. Still waiting for their answer!

The first few days Softaculous was running and stopped than. At that time it was already the FREE version with just a quarter of the normal scripts on it.

Any clue?

And what's about they said in those e-mail: I could buy and use outside of the cPanel?

Is that possible, and if, how?
