If you want to unlock the server, just do not pass the 'locked' key in array.

Please delete the database user as well and then try to restore the installation.

If you do not delete the database and database user Softaculous will not report any error.

But if you delete the database you should delete the database user as well. We will check this case and will make required changes as well.
