Topic : Users are offered Wordpress when not avail

I am a new whm, cPanel user. Softaculous free version came with my setup, so I figured I would give it a try. My first shot was installing Wordpress with Softaculous into a development account. After filling out all the configuration parameters, Softaculous told me Wordpress could not be installed with the free version. I don't want my real users to go through the same process, so I have been trying to figure out how to configure Softaculous to show only packages that CAN be installed by the free version. So far, nothing has worked. It still offers Wordpress.

Hi,

At the moment WordPress cannot be installed in the Free version of Softaculous. Here is the list of scripts that can be installed in the Free version of Softaculous :

Also at the moment it is not possible to enable/disable scripts in the free version of Softaculous.

The following errors were found :

The MySQL Connection could not be established.

Hi,

I just checked your ticket and it seems the installation was completed successfully.

Also for some reason the MySQL is going down on your server which might be causing the issue.

Can you please confirm with your web host that MySQL is working fine on the server ?
