You can't upgrade manually. You will have to wait for the AMPPS Update. I can't install Wordpress right now... "The software requires a higher version of AMPPS! Please report this to the server administrator." No. Softaculous AMPPS will be released within a day or two.The Binary and the Stack may take little more time.
