Topic : Unable to access SitePad via WHMCS Client Area

Hi

We uploaded the sitepad.php file and our clients were able to access SitePad via the WHMCS "SitePad Website Builder" link. It was working fine over the past few days.

Today for some reason, our Clients receive this error when clicking on the "SitePad Website Builder" link:-

>>> SitePad : Unable to fetch SitePad URL to redirect. Error : <<<

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in reply. But it might be possible that our Server IP is being blocked by the firewall due to which the issue was being caused.

Do let us know if you need any other information.
